Main Site Updated

We've updated the main website today. The update doesn't do too much but it does add a great new feature, the Fan Art Contest. The Fan Art contest is a contest to see the best pieces of art about RT. We've also updated the RT'er lists and organized the lists into subpages, as well as taking the Apply for Jobs tab off the navbar, as we're no longer hiring. Hope the new uodate rocks!
